Great Customer Service and great Technician! I actually enjoyed getting my garage fixed because of the friendliness and knowledge that came with it. I thought we had a broken part, and was expecting to have to purchase another... but instead was told that it wasn't broken at all, and ended up being shown how to reattach it. Then after problem solving why we had problems with it, at times, ended up replacing a few inexpensive parts and the door is working better than ever. This company is honest and trustworthy, so you can relax, knowing that you are not going to be oversold or told to replace something that is not necessary. I appreciate working with a company that values their customers and doesn't take advantage of their lack of knowledge. Absolutely, Recommended!

Everyone that I spoke to was courteous and mindful of my questions. All calls were returned in a timely manner. Jeremy diagnosed the problem immediately and returned ASAP to repair. The garage door opener works well, and I felt the parts and labor were fairly priced. I highly recommend this business.
